Information Your Lender
Will Ask You When Applying for a Loan
Talk to your lender on this, I'll give you the basics:
- Original pay stubs for the last 30 days
- Most recent W-2s for the last two years and employment history
- If Self-Employed: Year to date Profit & Loss Statement or current balance sheet
- Most recent bank statements for the last 3 months
- Mortgage or rental history for the last 2 years
- List of monthly payments and account numbers for all outstanding loans and credit cards with balances
- Real estate purchase contract for home you’re buying once it’s agreed to
