Parking for condos varies. Here’s a few tips regarding that:
- Townhomes sometimes come with an attached garage
- If there isn’t an attached garage, find out if the unit comes with a specific parking spot, carport or garage.
- How many parking spots do you get?
- Is the parking space deeded with the condo or is it random?
- Is off street parking available for guests?
- Does the unit come with a storage room?
